Sky Mobile Repair Help
Will Sky repair my device if purchased elsewhere?
No, the Sky repairs services are currently only available to devices that were purchased directly from Sky Ireland Mobile.
What should I do before sending my phone for repair?
- Please ensure to use suitable packaging in order to avoid damage in transit.
- Ensure the Sim and memory cards are removed.
- Please back up your data as your device will be reset during the repair process.
- Remove any security or PIN locks on your device, otherwise you could be charged.
- Switch off any settings that help you find your device, such as the find my iPhone function on Apple. If it’s left switched on, this will cause delays to the repair.
- Your package should be sealed.

Do you support Apple iPhone warranty claims?
Yes, we can process Apple warranty devices onsite, but this is dependent on the carrier partner or store you purchased your device from, once you have placed your order if there is any anomalies we will contact you on receipt of the device.
What are our warranty terms?
We offer 12 months warranty on the parts replaced for all out of warranty repairs. However, with some manufacturers if your device is still within the warranty time period once we repair it your warranty is re-instated i.e. our repairs do not void your warranty.
Do you use manufacturer supplied parts?
Yes, for most of our repairs we only use manufacturer suppled parts – Samsung, Xiaomi, Nokia etc. Where we cannot source parts directly from a manufacturer, we will use premium quality sourced parts from tried and tested suppliers.
Do I get a refund if my device is not repairable?
'Yes, if you send us your device for Chargeable repair and we are unable to repair it, it will be returned to you and a full refund of any repair charges back via the method you paid us for.
