We'll give you an indicative price based on the information you've told us now, and we'll only take payment once an accredited engineer has assessed your device. We'll contact you with the final price and you'll need to make the payment before the repair is carried out.

Accredited repairs: we only perform repairs which are comply to the standards the manufacturer sets, so we only use genuine or approved parts to repair your device. As part of this, we always make a complete repair to the entire device so if we find multiple faults then we'll only ever fix all of them.
Shipping your device to us: When you book your repair, we can send you packaging to put your device in and take it to An Post to get it back to us. Alternatively, you can print a pre-paid label at home and package it yourself if you'd rather not wait for our packaging to be sent to you.
Warranty: all the parts we use in our repairs are warrantied for 12 months, and because the repair is accredited it will not void your warranty.
